Strategic Partnership Memorandum Signed Between Uzbekistan Economic Assembly and Gigant-Stroy-Group LLC

In April 2025, a significant memorandum of cooperation was signed in Tashkent between Muxtor Umarov, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Economic Assembly, and Avazbek Abdulkhaev, Founder of Gigant-Stroy-Group LLC.  

The memorandum outlines collaboration in developing “Smart City” projects, attracting investors, building technological and engineering infrastructure, and launching initiatives under the national “Made in Uzbekistan” brand.  

Both parties agreed to jointly implement major projects in Uzbekistan and across the Central Asian region, including the development of industrial zones, tourism clusters, and logistics hubs based on advanced “Smart Green City” concepts, with a focus on innovation, localization, and capacity building.
