Gigant-Stroy-Group and Karmod Sign Memorandum of Understanding within the “Central Asia Smart City” Project

In May 2025, Uzbekistan-based *Gigant-Stroy-Group LLC* and Turkey-based *Karmod Prefabrik Yapı Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti.* signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as part of the "Central Asia Smart City" initiative. The MoU outlines strategic cooperation in industrial and logistics architectural design, integration of prefabricated technologies, assembly operations, and local expert training.

The cooperation focuses on:

* Joint development of architectural and engineering designs for industrial and logistics facilities;
* Integration of Karmod’s modular, energy-efficient building systems into Gigant-Stroy-Group projects;
* Joint planning of on-site installation and commissioning processes;
* Training of local engineers and transfer of technical know-how.

The memorandum is valid for 2 years from the date of signature and may be extended upon mutual agreement. While not legally binding, it serves as a basis for drafting formal contracts.
